The goal of UM Allies is to provide spaces that are highly visible and easily identifiable for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and queer students, faculty and staff where support and understanding are key and bigotry and discrimination are not tolerated.

Spectrum is the University of Hartford’s organization for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. We offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment at our meetings and in the office.
Provides education, advocacy, outreach, and support to students, staff, faculty, alum and community members. We strive to create a campus climate where more inclusive understandings of gender and sexuality foster a sense of belonging for all.
